The challenge:

Create a 3 bedroom home with views of the pond from all living areas, and all bedrooms including the Principal Bedroom Suite located on the First Floor.

The solution:

By rotating the garage away from the shore,  the water views are created beneath the mature trees.  The view from the Second Floor stair landing provide a unique perspective of the pond.
