The challenge: To accommodate their growing family, our client needed to enlarge their living and dining areas. A mudroom was needed for everyday arrival and access to the dining deck.

The solution: A cathedral ceiling Great Room was added to the front of the Cape-style structure. A new front porch adds a welcoming proportion to the front facade. The open breezeway was infilled creating the much-needed Mudroom.
