The challenge: Replace a small existing family cottage with new 3 story retirement home.

The solution: Situated in the flood plain and limited in footprint, we went up – creating a 3,000 square foot home with a big, open living area and deck facing the water. On the top floor, the Master Suite and a protected sunset deck provide further engagement with the pond.
